Interreg Marittimo 2021-2027 IT-FR TIRAMISU

Project target: promote the exchange, sharing and knowledge of innovative techniques for ageing wine under the sea, as a factor of modernisation and increased competitiveness for MSMEs in the cross-border area, of sustainability of the final product and, at the same time, of greater tourist appeal of the territories, through the creation of dedicated cellars that can be replicated, reproduced and visited, both physically (by tourists and buyers) and virtually (with digital infrastructure).
